Rachel you was an amazing talented chef at RHL and such a caring nature and always looked out for other people. I only known you for a year but in that year we did have a laugh and you helped me with my questions with the food you cooked for pointers on what I could have that was slimming world friendly I thank you for your help. It’s such a shock you was taken and so unexpected. I hope your now dancing up there and watching over your loved ones. You are sadly missed and no more turning up to work so so early, you was one dedicated woman to what you did. You can now rest my lovely. Lindsay xx
